Alexis grew up in Murrysville on her family's farm and started riding horses before she could walk. She was active in Pony Club, achieving her H-A rating with a primary focus in Eventing but also competed in the Jumper ring, Dressage, and Mounted Games. While attending college at the University of Pittsburgh, Alexis started her career at Allegheny Equine in 2010 and has remained a part of the team since. Alexis spends her summers trail riding with friends and competing her ponies in Eventing and Mounted Games and during the winter, she spends her time cooking, reading, and cuddling with her cats.
