Dr. Nydimar “Mimi” Rivera-González

Dr Nydimar Rivera-González was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She rode in both jumpers and Paso Fino classes. She completed her bachelor degree at the Universidad Interamericana Recinto Metro, graduating in 2018.  After, that she worked at a small animal clinic for two years. She attended Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine and completed her clinical year at Louisiana State University, obtaining her DVM degree in 2024. Soon after, completed a 1 year Equine Ambulatory Internship at Genesee Valley Equine Clinic near Rochester NY. She loves to travel and spending time with her two dogs, Umbra and Voodoo; and her partner Jay.
